Do I need to provide extra
materials such as envelopes, place cards, etc.?
YES. It is recommended to have
25%
more than your list says. Why? Occasionally mistakes in spelling can occur, ink
may run on paper, forgotten guests are remembered, and things you never know
might just happen. You must always be prepared. You may be charged
an additional fee if there are no extra envelopes.
Will hand-penned calligraphy bleed
on any types of envelopes?
Yes. Please note that good quality ink may run on
certain types of paper including hand-made paper and
invitations. If you are using these materials, a
calligrapher should do a test envelope.
In what form does my address list need to be submitted?
All lists must be typed in black with a font
size of 12 or
higher. Handwritten lists and spreadsheets will not be accepted.
Addresses must be in the following layout
with no abbreviations excluding titles (i.e. Mr., Dr.
etc):

One invitation is required if
matching calligraphy is desired. Please provide all envelopes excluding
response card envelopes. Please do not assemble or stamp envelopes.

How can I verify street
addresses and zip codes in the US?
If you are uncertain about a ZIP Code
whether the address is a "street" "drive", "road" or any other name, use the
US Postal Service ZIP Code Lookup.
What is the normal turnaround
time to receive an order from the time I place my order?
The normal turnaround time is about 2 to 3 weeks depending on the number of
invitations.
Can an order be filled if I need it this weekend!

What forms of payment do you accept?
Joy Bank accepts the following forms of payment: cash, cashiers
checks, money orders and
personal checks. All are accepted in US funds only.
When is payment due?
A non-refundable deposit of 50%
is required to place the order. The balance of your order is due upon
completion. You are responsible for all charges as listed on the
invoice.
Are there additional fees?
You will know the exact cost of your order when you place your order with the
exception of any changes.
Can I make changes to my order
after it is placed.
If you need to make a change,
contact Joy
immediately, and you will be informed if the change can be made depending on the
stage of your order.
What if I need a few more envelopes printed at the last minute?
You may email or fax the additional names to your guest list. You will be
charged an additional fee for each additional invitation that was not on the
original list.
What happens if I find mistakes on my order after I receive it?
In the event the mistake is my error, you will not be charged for correcting the
mistake. Please make sure you have additional materials when
starting your project. Notice of an error must be made within 15
days after completion of the project.
How far in advance do you need
to have my order information (names list for the invitations, place cards, etc.)
in your possession?
All information and materials must be in my
possession 3 weeks before the job completion date.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are final. All deposits are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
All items are final sale and non-returnable. If there are any errors
on your order that are my fault, I will correct the problem ASAP at no
charge to you.
